Since its foundation in 1865, St John & St Elizabeth Hospital has pioneered the use of advanced nursing techniques to help those in need. Now, 165-years later, the hospital has stayed true to its purpose. As well as being one of the most advanced independent hospitals in the UK, proceeds from treatments help fund the onsite St John’s Hospice, which provides chronic and end-of-life palliative care. The hospice provides free care to over 4,500 people and their families each year, across seven boroughs.
