Nuffield Health Plymouth Hospital opened in 1971 and is conveniently located on the northern outskirts of Plymouth adjacent to the local NHS teaching hospital, with easy road access from all directions. The hospital has three operating theatres, 34 single en suite rooms (with their own telephone, TV and free wi-fi), and a four bedded endoscopy recovery room adjacent to the endoscopy unit. There is a busy outpatient department which includes a minor operating room, physiotherapy and clinical imaging unit, with MRI and CT capabilities. Fixed cost surgery packages are available. Nuffield Health are a not for profit organisation and all profits are reinvested into better facilities for patients. Please note due to current Covid restrictions we are only welcoming visitors who have a clinical need.
