Nuffield Health Ipswich Hospital opened in 1997 and is set in over 19 acres of woodland, the modern purpose-built hospital is a haven of tranquillity and repose. Hospital facilities include; 5 theatres (2 with laminar flow and 1 endoscopy theatre), 17 consulting rooms, private en-suite rooms (many with patio door access to the gardens and woodland views), free car parking spaces for patients and visitors, onsite physiotherapy suite and gym, onsite diagnostic and imaging services including static MRI and CT, health screening and a dedicated infection prevention team. Nuffield Health is a not-for-profit organisation and all profits are reinvested into better facilities for patients.
