Clifton Court, originally built in 1742, is the centrepiece of the Hospital, which has been part of the Nuffield Health family since 1961. Whilst retaining and restoring the historic Grade II listed building itself, Nuffield Health built an entirely new £22m hospital on the site in 2013, combining leading-edge clinical facilities with an outstanding customer experience. The five star Hospital, state of the art facilities include; 29 deluxe, en-suite patient rooms, 9 high quality consulting rooms, three digital theatres, state of the art, fully digital Radiology department, JAG accredited high definition Endoscopy capability, six bed recovery unit and four pod day case unit. Nuffield Health is a not-for-profit organisation and all profits are reinvested into better facilities for patients.
