This can happen months, or even years, after the procedure and doesn’t mean that the surgery has gone wrong.  YAG laser capsulotomy is the use of a medical (YAG) laser to create a small hole in the cloudy lens capsule, restoring vision. The procedure takes just a few minutes and is painless.
