Mr Yildirim Oezdogan

Mr Yildirim Oezdogan is a Consultant Plastic Surgeon at Barts Health NHS Trust, based at St Bartholomew's Hospital and The Royal London Hospital, where he is Breast Reconstruction Lead. He practises privately at Nuffield Health Highgate Hospital and Chase Lodge Hospital, Mill Hill. His work focuses on autologous breast reconstruction, including DIEP flap microsurgery, aesthetic breast surgery (augmentation, reduction and uplift) and body contouring, including abdominoplasty, arm and thigh lift, liposuction and fat transfer. He also treats hand conditions such as carpal tunnel syndrome, Dupuytren's contracture and trigger finger, and offers eyelid surgery and minor skin surgery. Mr Oezdogan qualified in medicine at Friedrich Schiller University Jena, Germany, and trained in plastic surgery in Germany and the UK, with microsurgical fellowships at Guy's and St Thomas' Hospital and Broomfield Hospital. He is Board Certified in Plastic Surgery and Hand Surgery in Germany, a Fellow of the European Board of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery, and has been on the GMC Specialist Register since 2012. His approach is to understand the problem each patient wants solved and to find the right solution together.
