I am an experienced General Physician and Gastroenterologist with over thirty years experience in medicine, and twenty years experience at Consultant level. I have a successful National Health Service and Private Practice in South London and benefit from serving a diverse population of patients. I am a Specialist Gastroenterologist, with an extensive practice looking after general gastroenterology referrals. I have a particular interest in endoscopy, colonoscopy, functional/inflammatory bowel disease, reflux disease and oesophageal pH testing. My NHS base is The Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Woolwich, South London which is part of Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Trust. My department is a busy and active unit with an excellent reputation for both General Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology services which we provide to our local population. My main private practice base is BMI The Blackheath Hospital, but I also see, investigate and treat patients at The London Independent Hospital. I am happy to see patients who are self referred, through their primary physician or another specialist. All contacts and referrals can be made directly to each hospital or through my secretary who looks after my NHS and Private referrals.
