Dr Ved Bhushan Arya

I am a senior Paediatric endocrinologist with more than 10 years experience in Paediatric Endocrinology and diabetes. I completed my paediatric training from India before moving to United Kingdom in 2004. After completing the paediatric training in United Kingdom, I trained in paediatric endocrinology at Great Ormond Street Hospital, London and University Hospital Southampton between 2011 and 2017. During this period, I also completed PhD in the field of hyperinsulinism from University College London. I have been a Consultant in Paediatric Endocrinology and Diabetes from March 2017. I worked as a Locum Consultant in Paediatric Endocrinology at Evelina London Children Hospital in 2017 before moving to King's College Hospital in July 2017. I joined as a substantive consultant in January 2018.  I am an active member of British Society of Paediatric Endocrinology and Diabetes (BSPED) and European Society of Paediatric Endocrinology (ESPE). I am also very active in research and have more than 40 publications in peer reviewed journals. I am an honorary senior lecturer with King's College London.  I am a very passionate paediatrician, who does not shy away from going extra distance to help my patients. 

I have specialist clinical interests in Growth, puberty and thyroid disorders.
