Dr Sourav Das

Mr Das first qualified with an MBBS from the University of Bangalore, India before going on to train in the UK. He has received his MRCOG from the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists and undertook a fellowship in complex and acute gynaecology at St Georges Hospital, London. He then went on to pursue an MBA in International Hospitals and Healthcare Management from the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management. Mr Das has a keen interest in staying up to date with the latest advancements in medical techniques and is an expert in laparoscopic surgery. He has extensive experience in the treatment and management of complex and massive fibroid disease. He regularly presents at national and international medical conferences and has published numerous articles in peer-reviewed scientific journals. 

Mr Das has extensive experience in a wide range of gynaecological procedures and conditions. His areas of expertise include managing patients with fibroids involving medical, radio frequency ablation and surgical approach including  myomectomy and hysterectomy. He is competent is performing hysteroscopic procedures like Transcervical resection of fibroids and polyp. He also specialises in managing ovarian cysts and managing menopause.
