GMC reg: 2884350Dr Tordoff qualified from the Medical School of Cape Town, South Africa in 1980. He worked in Surgery, Anaesthesia and General Practice before moving to the United Kingdom in 1987. He specialised in Anaesthesia and Pain Management at St Bartholomew's Hospital in London and thereafter in Leicester. In 1993 he worked as Fellow in Chronic Pain Management at the Flinders Medical Centre in Adelaide, South Australia. He was appointed Consultant in Anaesthesia and Pain Management at Northampton General Hospital in 1994 and worked there for seven years. He returned to Leicester as Consultant in 2001 and worked at the Leicester General Hospital and the LOROS Hospice. Dr Tordoff has worked in Pain Management for the past 32 years. He has now retired from his practice in Anaesthesia. He currently works in Private Practice at the Spire Leicester Hospital. He also works for the NHS in the Spinal Unit of the Royal Derby Hospital where he treats patients with spinal pain together with the spinal surgeons. Dr Tordoff is lead clinician for the CB1 Medical Clinic that is based at the Willows Health Centre, Coleman Road, Leicester. This clinic is regulated by the CQC and provides advice and prescriptions for the treatment of chronic pain conditions with Cannabis Medicine.
