This information is provided by Mr Simon Jackson.
I qualified in 1987, graduating from Oxford University. I was appointed Consultant Gynaecologist in 1999 and lead the Urogynaecology service in Oxford.
Obstetrics and gynaecology - Urogynaecology
Urogynaecology - bladder & prolapse problems. Heavy periods, fibroids, ovarian cysts. I specialise in "key-hole" surgery, using a laparoscope to operate. For women with uterine prolapse I offer pelvic floor reconstruction, preserving the uterus, rather than the more widely offered hysterectomy.
