Mr Satya Kanth Pydah

I am a consultant in orthopaedic and trauma surgery at the Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board. I qualified as a doctor in 2000 and completed my Masters in orthopaedics in India. I then continued my basic and higher surgical training in orthopaedics in the UK before becoming a Fellow of The Royal College of Surgeons, Edinburgh in 2012. I specialise in trauma (fractures), arthroscopy (keyhole surgery), arthroplasty (joint replacement), surgeries for sports injuries, joint pains, nerve entrapments (carpal & cubital tunnel) and joint arthritic conditions in the shoulder, elbow and upper limb. I have been a trainer for higher surgical trainees in orthopaedics from two deaneries since 2017.
