Miss Sasha Taylor

Education and training Miss Taylor completed her basic medical training and specialist training in Obstetrics and Gynaecology in the East of England. She further distinguished herself by obtaining RCOG ATSM certificates in fetal medicine, advanced labour ward practice, and medical education. Miss Taylor became a menopause specialist recognised by the British Menopause Society in 2023. She further completed a certificate in Vulval dermatology in 2024 and is currently undertaking a master's degree in endometriosis. Medical research and publications Miss Taylor has multiple research publications and has co-written book chapters for Obstetrics & Gynaecology textbooks. Her publications relate to Fetal Medicine, intrapartum ultrasound and medical education. Miss Sasha Taylor is a Consultant Gynaecologist and BMS Menopause specialist dedicated to enhancing women's health and wellbeing. Miss Taylor has expertise in benign gynaecology including: Menstrual disorders  - heavy, irregular, and painful periods Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) Pelvic pain  - including  adenomyosis, endometriosis, pelvic inflammatory disease and adhesions Fibroids Ovarian cysts Vulval and vaginal conditions  - including lichen sclerosis, lichen planus, atrophy, recurrent infection, vulval and vaginal lesions. Perimenopausal  and  Menopausal disorders  -  Hormone replacement therapy (HRT)  including  testosterone therapy Menstrual related mood disorders -  Premenstrual syndrome (PMS) / Premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD) She has extensive experience in hysteroscopic surgery (including outpatient, Novasure endometrial ablation, Myosure and resectoscope), laparoscopic and open abdominal surgical procedures. She runs a regular coil clinic, with the option of local anaesthetic block to help minimise discomfort on inserting and removing IUS (Mirena coil) and IUD.
