Dr Saoirse Dolly

Dr Saoirse Dolly is as a Consultant Medical Oncologist who specialises in Rapid Diagnostics and Cancer Treatment. She offers appointments in London, Brighton and virtual appointments Dr Dolly qualified from St Mary's Hospital Medical School (Imperial College) in 2002. She did general medical training in the UK and Australia, followed by oncology specialist training at the Royal Marsden including a PhD into new cancer drug targets at the Institute Cancer Research in 2013. In 2019 she became a consultant at Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust where she developed the award winning Rapid Diagnostic Clinic. In recognition of her expertise and dedication to academia, she was appointed as an Honorary Senior Lecturer at the School of Cancer & Pharmaceutical Science, King’s College London, in 2021. She now works at University Hospitals Sussex NHS Foundation Trust and is the Clinical Lead for the Non Site Specific symptom pathway in East Surrey and Sussex. Alongside her clinical work, Dr Dolly's research interests include early cancer diagnosis and innovation in healthcare for which she chairs an annual session at the UK Oncology Forum
