Dr Sadat Edroos

I am an interventional cardiologist based at Luton and Dunstable University Hospital. I have trained in complex coronary intervention in some of the biggest centres in the UK, Canada and Dublin. I have trained in advanced techniques to treat complex coronary disease, and lead the cath lab at Luton where I carry out these treatments. I have comprehensive UK training in all aspects of general cardiology. I have academic training, with a PhD in cardiovascular medicine from the University of Leicester. My current research interests are in tackling the unequal cardiovascular outcomes in our community, and contributing to national clinical trials and databases on lipid and risk factor modification in cardiac disease. I supervise training at all levels from undergraduate to trainee cardiologist, and am involved with the training programmes for UCL medical students and East of England cardiology trainees.
