Mr Rishi Shukla

Mr Rishi Shukla is a Consultant ENT surgeon. His NHS practice is based at Stoke Mandeville Hospital and Wycombe General, part of Buckinghamshire Health NHS Trust where he is the clinical lead of the ENT department. He offers a comprehensive range of treatments for all common ENT conditions in adults and children including neck lumps, thyroid problems, saliva gland stones, swallowing problems, voice problems, throat clearing, cough, blocked nose, polyps, nose bleeds, ear wax removal, ringing of the ears, hearing loss, tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy. Mr Shukla is a specialist head and neck surgeon. He has a particular interest in neck lumps, salivary gland problems, thyroid lumps, complex swallowing and voice disorders. He is a pioneer of drainless neck surgery for complex head and neck operations. He is a member of the Oxford thyroid MDT and Buckinghamshire Skin cancer MDT and regularly operates with plastic surgery colleagues in caring for patients with complex head and neck based skin cancers.

Coblation technique used to minimise pain and bleeding associated with traditional tonsillectomy.
