Quen is a Consultant Orthopaedic Shoulder & Elbow Surgeon at Chelsea & Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, Princess Grace Hospital, 14 Devonshire Street, King Edward VII’s Hospital, The Clementine Churchill Hospital and The Syon Clinic. He has specialist expertise in treating all conditions of the shoulder and elbow. Patient-centred care is at the heart if his practice.
