Mr Mansoor was appointed as Consultant Ophthalmic Surgeon at James Cook University Hospital, Middlesbrough in 2012. He is the co-Lead for cataract surgery at James Cook Hospital. He is also clinical and educational Supervisor of Ophthalmic Specialty Trainees. Mr Mansoor carries out eye surgery every week, with a total of approximately 1000 cases per year; this includes predominantly cataract and strabismus surgery.
