GMC reg: 4377267Professor Jaydip Ray PhD, MS, FRCS, FAcadMEd Professor Jaydip Ray has been the Clinical Director (ENT & Hearing Services) at Sheffield Teaching Hospitals and Professor of Otology & Neurotology at University of Sheffield and Professor of ENT at Sheffield Hallam University. His main clinical and research interests include Innovative Balance Management, Hearing loss, Tinnitus and Auditory Implants. He also has an interest in Sinonasal Disorders as well as Throat problems including Voice disorders and has set up projects in these areas. He lectures widely and has been the chief investigator on several large international multicentre research projects. Prof. Ray has wide experience in training, research and innovation. He was the academic member of Specialist Advisory Committee of Royal College of Surgeons and member of Otology Council of Royal Society of Medicine. He was elected the Vice President of British Otolaryngology and Allied Research Society and the Specialty Lead for ENT (Y&H) for the National Institute for Health Research. He has also been the Training Programme Director (Higher Surgical Training in ENT) in Yorkshire & Humber. He is a Fellow of the Academy of Medical Educators.
