Professor Onn Min Kon

Professor Onn Min Kon is a Respiratory Physician and Head of Service for TB at Imperial College London Healthcare NHS Trust. He is also Professor of Respiratory Medicine at the National Heart & Lung Institute, Imperial College London. He is ex chair of the UK National MDRTB Clinical Advice Service and ex Chair of the British Thoracic Society Joint Tuberculosis Committee. He is a past President of the British Thoracic Society. He leads the research bronchoscopy service at St Mary's Hospital. His research interests include the clinical and immune diagnosis of tuberculosis and the delivery of care and management of the disease. He also has ongoing research interests in airway infections and airway disease.
