Dr Pravin Jha is a consultant geriatrician and memory specialist based in Sheffield, with more than 20 years’ experience caring for older people. His NHS practice is at Rotherham General Hospital and the Royal Hallamshire Hospital, Sheffield. He provides personalised assessment and treatment for memory problems and dementia, falls, dizziness, Parkinson’s disease, osteoporosis, and complex health problems in later life. His approach considers physical health, memory, mood, mobility, everyday function and medicines together, with a clear care plan agreed with the patient and their family. Private appointments are available at Spire Claremont Hospital, Circle Thornbury Hospital and LivingCare in Sheffield. Home consultations are available within 50 miles of Sheffield, alongside video consultations across the UK. No GP referral is required; appointments are usually available within 24–48 hours. Dr Jha sees patients personally from assessment through follow-up and provides a written report for the patient and their GP. He completed specialist training in general and geriatric medicine in the West Midlands.
