Dr Prasad Korlipara

I am a senior Consultant Neurologist at the National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery, Queen Square, London, lead the Clinical Movement Disorders service at the National, and am the clinical lead for Neurology and Neurophysiology for West Hertfordshire NHS Trust. Prior to that I trained in Neurology in a variety of London teaching hospitals, including the National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery, Imperial College and St Georges Hospital. I was awarded a MRC Clinical training Fellowship to study the molecular pathogenesis of Parkinson's disease. I accept referrals from across the UK and abroad, in my subspeciality of movement disorders, with a particular emphasis on dystonia, Parkinson's disease and atypical Parkinsonian disorders. I also maintain a general neurology service and run an acute neurology service at West Hertfordshire NHS Trust.
