I originally trained in Newcastle upon Tyne. I moved to the Mersey region for specialist training in Orthopaedics and Trauma. I am fellowship trained in Hip, Knee and Trauma conditions. I have been a Consultant Orthopaedic surgeon since 2006. I was Orthopaedic Clinical Director for 5 years) and played a key role in the team that merged the Liverpool Orthopaedics Departments. I currently work at Liverpool University Hospitals NHS Trust, Spire Liverpool Hospital and 88 Rodney Street. I examine for the FRCS Tr & Orth Exit exams ( final check on knowledge prior to consultant appointment ).
