Dr Padma Manda

I am a  consultant gynaecologist  and  reproductive medicine specialist  who specialises in  heavy periods ,  recurrent miscarriages ,  problems in early pregnancy ,  infertility ,  menopause ,  polycystic ovary syndrome  (PCOS), and  fibroids . I have private practise privileges at the Nuffield Health Tees Hospital. I am committed to helping women feel seen and heard in their treatment journey for gynaecological, fertility and early pregnancy issues. My special interest is female reproductive endocrinology. I have more than 25 years of experience in gynaecology. I treat both young and older women and focuses on improving her patients' quality of life by finding them the best possible support and treatment options. I have experience in treating men with infertility. My work is centred around helping women access the right information and treatment they need to manage and even overcome their gynaecological problems. I also offers contraceptive services such as  sterilisation . Dr Manda is also a highly regarded open, laparoscopic and hysteroscopic surgeon, and is an expert when it comes to the surgical management of gynaecological conditions such as  endometrial ablation ,  endometrial polyps ,  ovarian cysts ,  tubal diseases ,  pelvic and intrauterine adhesions , and  uterine septum . I successfully completed an MBBS in 1997, also possess expertise in various different methods of assisted conception including  IVF ,  intracytoplasmic sperm injections ,  intra uterine insemination  (IUI),  ovulation induction , management of male infertility as well as fertility treatment using  donor sperm . I am a Fellow of Royal College of Obstetrician & Gynaecologists and member of the British Fertility Society, the American Society of Reproductive Medicine, British Society of Paediatric & Adolescent Gynaecology and the British Menopausal Society.
