GMC reg: 4039389I graduated from Dundee in 1993, having undergone Specialist ENT training in the East and West of Scotland I did a fellowship in the West before becoming a Consultant Otolaryngologist in Glasgow in 2005. My main Clinical interests are Complex Airway surgery, Thyroid and Parotid surgery. I am an ATLS instructor and am on faculty of various courses. I am course coordinator/ Lead of the Surgical Management of Thyroid Cancer – A Dissection Course in the Cuschieri Skill Centre, Dundee and Co module lead in the CHM program for Thyroid and Endocrine surgery run by Edinburgh University and the RCSEd. I am Ex Chair of the Surgical Sub Speciality Group for Otolaryngology in the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh and am an Examiner in the DOHNS and the Intercollegiate FRCS(ORL-HNS) Exam. I hold honorary contracts at Universities of Glasgow and Edinburgh and am a Sub Editor of Journal of laryngology and Rhinology and The Surgeon Journal
