Dr Oliver Seyfried

Dr Seyfried graduated from St. Bartholomew’s Hospital Medical School in 1999 and after excellent training in various London teaching hospitals gained his CCT in anaesthesia in 2012.  Dr Seyfried has been a consultant in anaesthesia and pain medicine at St. George’s since 2013 and is currently department lead. Dr Seyfried’s membership of professional bodies include: Fellow, Royal College of Anaesthetists Fellow, Faculty of Pain Medicine - Royal College of Anaesthetists Member Society of Vascular Anaesthesia The Worshipful Society of Apothocaries

Dr Oliver Seyfried is a Consultant in Pain Medicine and Anaesthesia with expertise in the diagnosis and non-surgical treatment of acute and chronic pain. His pain practice within the NHS and private sector focuses on the comprehensive non-surgical and biopsychosocial management of a wide range of painful conditions. He has extensive experience with degenerative spinal and joint pain. His particular interest is the management of neuropathic pain in the arm and leg and the management of osteoarthritic knee pain for which there is no surgical recourse.
