Mr Nityanand Arya

I started working as Consultant Vascular Surgeon at Pilgrim Hospital, Boston from November 08. I have special interest in endovascular techniques in the treatment of vascular diseases.   I successfully started Endovascular Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm repair at ULHT (2016). I have been instrumental in successfully delivering the AAA screening programme in Lincolnshire (started in 2013); presently working as the Clinical Director of Lincolnshire AAA screening programme. I also started the endovenous ablation treatment for varicose veins using radio-frequency (VNUS) at Pilgrim Hospital, Boston.   I had worked as Endovascular Fellow at St. James’s Hospital, Dublin for a period of 14 months, gaining significant experience in all aspects of endovascular surgery, including lower limb angiograms / angioplasty and endovascular repair of abdominal aortic aneurysm.
