Originally from Italy, I now live and work in London with my husband and our young children. On completing my medical degree in 2010 and graduating with the highest honours, I proceeded to specialise in plastic, reconstructive and aesthetic surgery with Sapienza University of Rome, graduating in 2017 with double distinction. Continuing my training in speciality areas, I have completed several fellowships, including, hand, cleft and plastic surgery with Guy’s & St Thomas NHS Hospital London, and a craniofacial and hand fellowship with Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children, also in London. With a diverse professional background, I have trained and volunteered in hospitals all over the world including, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Serbia, Indonesia, Poland, Turkey and Tanzania. I also speak several languages, namely Italian, English, French and Spanish. Triple board certified in the UK, Italy and France, I am an advanced practitioner in plastic and reconstructive surgery, specialising in cosmetic, cleft lip and palate, craniofacial and hand procedures. I have completed many advanced and master training courses including, hand surgery with Kings College London, cleft lip and palate surgery with Bambino Gesù Children Hospital in Rome, and facial aesthetic surgery with the ICLO Teaching and Research Centre in Italy. Passionate about my field of expertise and able to relate to my patients, I enjoy talking openly with them to understand their motivations and desired results so that I can define tailored plans to best suit their needs. My practice provides exceptionally high standards of clinical care and I am always up to date with latest technologies. Working with my patients from start to finish, I enjoy watching their transformations, not just physically, but also seeing the change in their self-esteem and confidence, and how this positively impacts many aspects of their lives. In addition to my cosmetic surgery practice, I am also a dedicated academic and contributor to my field, regularly presenting at international conferences and events and authoring extensive publications within scientific journals.
