Ms Natasha Henley

I graduated from University of Manchester with my primary medical degree in 1999. I completed my basic surgical training in the West of Scotland with a period of research. I then moved to the North West of England for my higher surgical training, specialising in upper gastrointestinal surgery. I have been a consultant general and upper gastrointestinal surgeon in Stockport since 2012. I am the associate medical director for the division of surgery in my NHS trust. In addition to my clinical work I am responsible for the clinical governance and developing services across the surgical division.

My main area of specialty is the management of reflux and hiatus hernia repair, gallstones and hernias of the abdominal wall. I perform the majority of my operations laparoscopically (keyhole).
