Ms Natasha Choudhury

Miss Choudhury is a Surrey based Consultant ENT Surgeon, with an NHS practice base at Surrey and Sussex NHS Trust. Her private practice service is available across three Private hospitals including Spire Gatwick Park hospital, Ashtead hospital and Spire St Anthony’s hospital. Miss Choudhury has been practising ENT since 2002. She is well regarded for her clear communication with patients and compassionate, caring approach. She provides personalised care, tailored to each patient, in all aspects of General ENT for both adults and children, and she has a particular interest in  Thyroid and Parathyroid surgery, Rhinology  (disorders of the nose and sinuses), and  Paediatic Coblation®  surgery. Miss Choudhury trained in Medicine at Guys and St Thomas’ hospitals, London and qualified as a doctor in 1999. She has always maintained an interest in medical science and completed a BSc degree with the University of London in 1996, before completing her medical finals. She has subsequently been awarded a number of awards and scholarships from The Wellcome Trust, Barts Charity Fund, and The Royal College of Pathologists. During her specialist ENT training years, she also completed an MD (Res) in Molecular Oncology from The Barts Cancer Institute, following two years research in gene therapy in Head and Neck cancer. As a doctor, she has continued to engage in clinical research, and continues to regularly present and publish papers and reviews in peer reviewed journals. Through training, Miss Choudhury developed an excellent foundation in general surgical principles before being awarded Membership of the Royal College of Surgeons, England in 2002. Her interest in ENT Surgery led onto further specialist ENT training across several prestigious London hospitals, including The Royal National Throat, Nose and Ear Hospital, Charing Cross, The Royal Brompton, St Bartholomews and The Royal London hospitals. These provided her with training in a breadth of skills and with a wealth of experience in specialist ENT from renowned leading experts, culminating in her being appointed as a Fellow of The Royal College of Surgeons (Otolaryngology) in 2012.
