Miss Naomi Crouch

Naomi Crouch MB BS MD FRCOG Naomi is a Consultant Gynaecologist and the Lead for Paediatric and Adolescent Gynaecology at University Hospitals Bristol and Weston NHS Foundation Trust, Bristol, UK. She trained and worked in London at UCLH and was awarded a Research MD from the University of London in 2007, relocating to Bristol in 2011. She works closely with colleagues at Bristol Royal Children’s Hospital being a core member of the several Multi Disciplinary Teams related to adolescent health. She remains involved in clinical research, having published widely in this area, with key areas of interest being vulval anatomy and difference in sex development (DSD). She has been an invited speaker at many national and international conferences, including the British Society for Paediatric and Adolescent Gynaecology (BritSPAG), British Society of Gynaecological Endoscopy (BSGE), British Society for the Study of Vulval Disease (BSSVD), European Society for Paediatric and Adolescent Gynaecology (EuraPAG), European College for the Study of Vulval Disease (ECSVD), The World Congress of Paediatric and Adolescent Gynaecology (WCPAG), the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (RCOG) Annual Professional Development meeting, and the RCOG World Congress. She contributes to relevant media on the topic of women's health, including BBC Victoria Derbyshire, and BBC Radio 4 Women's Hour.   She is a past chair of the British Society of Paediatric and Adolescent Gynaecology (BritSPAG). In her clinical practice she sees women and children of all ages, and is passionate about improving period care for all, especially in the teenage years. She has two daughters and lives in Bristol.
