GMC reg: 6067784I did my higher surgical training in the Midlands and prior to that I did surgical research in Yorkshire which resulted in an MD. I was appointed as a consultant kidney transplant and general surgeon at Southmead Hospital, Bristol, in 2017 and have been doing hernia surgery along with kidney transplantation for adults and children, which also encompasses laparoscopic donor nephrectomy (key hole removal of kidney) I also work at the Nuffield hospital and Practice Plus group at Bristol. I perform a large number of groin hernia operations which I also do under local anaesthetic in selected cases (without putting you to sleep) as well as complex incisional hernias.
