Mr Mouzakis, Michael

Mr Mouzakis is a native of Athens Greece, and completed medical school at the University of Rome in Italy, “La Sapienza” with distinction, only granted to the top 10% of medical school graduates. He then completed his core training in Surgery in Greece and then moved to the UK to continue his training in Plastic Surgery. He has worked at Addenbrookes Hospital in Cambridge, the Lister Hospital in Stevenage and Saint Thomas' Hospital in London. QUALIFICATIONS AND MEMBERSHIPS Mr Mouzakis has a special interest in Aesthetic Surgery, offering a variety of procedures. He strongly believes that Medicine is infinite and that every doctor needs to keep up to date. As a strong believer in interminable training, he accomplished a Master's in Aesthetic Medicine at the Queen Mary University of London, with distinction and was offered to take an active part in research and produce protocols for new advanced cosmetic treatments. Although fully trained in all areas of plastic surgery, his main areas of interest are cosmetic surgery of the breast and body and semi-invasive skin treatments under Local Anaesthetic. He is one of the few certified Surgeons offering Hair Restoration - FUE with Implanters technique(AKA Direct Hair In) and Micro-cannula liposuction under Local anaesthesia for body contouring. CUTTING-EDGE TRAINING He has a special interest in all areas of Liposuction, trained in High-definition Liposuction in Miami USA and Colombia, by the founder of Vaser Liposuction, Dr Alfredo Hoyos and he is accredited with the title of Total Definer, 1 of 15 across the country. He is also a Hair Restoration Surgeon, trained in F.U.E. with implanters, offering hair restoration to men and women, partly shaven and unshaven (U-F.U.E.), with over 13 years of experience.

Mr Mouzakis is a board-certified Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgeon working at the award-winning The Private Clinic on Harley Street. He has over 10 years of experience performing over 4000 procedures, with a special interest in Vaser High-Definition Liposuction and Hair Restoration. Originally from Athens, Greece, Mr Mouzakis completed Medical School at the University of Rome in Italy and completed his core training in surgery in Greece before moving to the UK to continue his specialist training in Plastic Surgery in the East of Anglia and London. Mr Mouzakis is working part-time as a Consultant Skin Cancer Surgeon offering his services in the NHS, through Health Harmony and the Portland Clinical.
