Mr Majid Hashemi

Graduated from Manchester University, trained in London and on the Addenbrookes Cambridge surgical rotation and then on completion of sub-specialty training appointed as Senior Lecturer to University College London, and Consultant Surgeon at University College London Hospital NHS Trust. Oesophageal Fellowship carried out in Los Angeles, USA at the University of Southern California. Set up bariatric surgery in North London from 2001 and the established advanced laparoscopic surgery for reflux and gastric and oesophageal disorders. Currently Medical Chair of Achalasia Action.
