Mr Cascarini is an Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon, Head and Neck Surgeon and is part of the South London Head & Neck Cancer Group providing a specialist service in oral cancer and reconstruction. He has a special interest in TMJ disorders including jaw joint pain, clicky joint, locking jaw, restricted opening of the jaw as well as enlarged jaw and bone conditions. He provides diagnostic/treatment for Oral Cancer, including reconstructive surgery. This covers mouth lumps, discoloured patches in the oral cavity, neck lumps, lip lumps, tongue lumps, mouth ulcers; oral infections; tongue tie, jaw cysts, Ameloblastoma. In addition he covers head and neck trauma; facial fractures; jaw fractures, dental extractions, including wisdom teeth and retained roots, dental implants; bone grafting and sinus lifts. Salivary gland disease, submandibular gland conditions, thyroid and parotid gland conditions and skin cancer of the head and neck.
