I am an experienced consultant obstetrician and gynaecologist who is dedicated to delivering quality and holistic women's healthcare that is safe and tailored to the needs of my patients. My areas of interest are in the management of benign gynaecology disorders including heavy menstrual bleeding (HMB), abnormal uterine bleeding (AUB), postmenopausal bleeding (PMB), pelvic pain, endometriosis, sexual dysfunction, pelvic floor prolapse, and infertility. I am highly skilled at performing open (abdominal) and advanced minimally invasive surgery e.g. laparoscopy (‘keyhole’) hysterectomy, removal of fibroids (myomectomy), removal of ovarian cysts (cystectomy), primary prolapse repair, adhesiolysis and treatment of endometriosis. Also, I regularly perform advanced hysteroscopy including office-based procedures such as insertion /removal of Intrauterine devices (IUD), endometrial ablation and resection of fibroids or polyps. I am an experienced risk management clinician with a record of senior medical leadership roles in my hospital and at national level. I am actively involved in healthcare quality improvement through medical education and research from which I have presented at scientific meetings and produced several publications in top peer review journals. I am a member of the - Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (RCOG) - British Society of Gynaecological endoscopy (BSGE).

I specialise in the management of benign gynaecological conditions with particular interest in menstrual disorders, pelvic pain, endometriosis, infertility, ambulatory gynaecological procedures and minimal access surgery (laparoscopy and hysteroscopy).
