GMC reg: 4478474Gorav specialises in all forms of knee and hip surgery; including soft tissue and joint preserving surgery, arthroplasty and revision arthroplasty. In addition, he is the regional lead for pelvic and acetabular reconstruction providing a tertiary referral service. Gorav provides innovative treatments to patients including growth factor treatments in chronic tendinopathies and osteoarthritis, and hip joint preserving surgery (hip arthroscopy and femoral head resculpting). Gorav is actively involved in research having completed his Doctorate of Medicine (MD) research degree at Imperial College London. He has numerous articles in peer reviewed journals and is actively involved in teaching of undergraduates and surgical trainees. He has performed research into joint preserving surgery in the knee and hip.
