GMC reg: 3302190After medical school training at the Charing Cross and Westminster Medical School I graduated in July 1988 (MB BS). I undertook specialist training in Orthopaedics on the North West Thames rotation based at the Chelsea and Westminster Hospital, with my final year of training at the prestigious Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital, Stanmore with Mr Stephen Cannon and Mr Tim Briggs. I then spent nine months at the Royal Adelaide Hospital, Australia with Professor Don Howie specialising in adult hip reconstruction. I was appointed as a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon to the Royal United Hospital, Bath in August 1999 taking up my appointment in April 2000 on my return from Australia. In addition, I was an honorary Consultant at the Royal National Hospital for Rheumatic Diseases, where I ran the Hip Service from 2000 to 2022. Since May 2022 I have based my surgical practice at Sulis Hospital Bath and the Bath Clinic.
