Mr Andrew Evans

An Edinburgh graduate, I undertook training in Edinburgh and Aberdeen. I undertook sub-speciality fellowship training in head and neck surgery and surgery for snoring and sleep apnoea in Adelaide, South Australia under the instruction of the late Dr Sam Robinson, Australia's most experienced upper airways reconstructive surgeon.

I am a consultant in the Edinburgh department of Otolaryngology, Head and Neck surgery. I offer treatments for all aspects of ear, nose and throat disease, although my main practice is surgery for benign and cancerous conditions of the head and neck including thyroid, nasal and sinus tumours and skin cancers. I have experience in the diagnosis and treatment of salivary gland disease, as well as laser surgery for benign and malignant head and neck lesions. I offer a comprehensive assessment and treatments for voice, throat and swallowing problems as well as the expert assessment of neck lumps. I am the only sub-specialty trained surgeon in Scotland with experience in upper airways reconstructive surgery for snoring and sleep apnoea.
