My focus is on 'making it better'. I have employed this philosophy in dealing with patients and colleagues across my many roles, locally, regionally, and nationally. The cornerstone is excellent communication and coming to an understanding of how you see your problems and condition. Your treatment and testing plans will be clear and focused on making it better, and even if you don't get there on the first step, you'll have a good understanding of the path to get there. I specialise in all aspects of cardiac ultrasound, from routine scans of the chest to stress echocardiography and complex congenital, inherited, and valve pathologies. I also perform cardiac and coronary CT scans and support the general cardiology service across the region. I am experienced in all aspects of general cardiology and have a keen interest in heart disease in pregnancy.
