Ms Martha Quinn is a MacMillan Cancer Support funded Consultant Surgical Oncologist at Glasgow Royal Infirmary. She was trained in the West of Scotland and appointed in 2017 after completing a Pelvic Exenteration Fellowship at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital, Sydney under the supervision of Professor Michael Solomon. Her area of clinical interest is management of locally advanced and recurrent colorectal cancer, abdominopelvic sarcoma and neuroendocrine malignancy. She is fully trained as a General and Colorectal surgeon and is a JAG accredited in Colonoscopy. She is an active council member of the Royal College of Surgeons and Physician of Glasgow. Martha Quinn is a passionate advocate for patients requiring advanced cancer surgery in the UK. She has worked hard to forge links with other UK centres as part of the UK Pelvic Exenteration Network to improve the management of patients throughout the UK with advanced colorectal cancer and recently has worked with Sarcoma UK to raise awareness of Sarcoma in the UK.
