He has been awarded Fellowships in Anaesthesia and Pain Medicine and is the current Chair of the British Pain Society's Interventional Pain Medicine Special interest group. Additionally, he is an elected council member of the British Pain Society and Royal Society of Medicine, Pain Medicine section.
