This information is provided by Dr Lucy Cook.
Dr Lucy Cook qualified in medicine at St Marys Hospital Medical School in 2001, and undertook her general medical and haematology specialist training at academic teaching hospitals across London. She is a member of the Royal College of Physicians (2004), and a fellow of Royal College of Pathologists (2009). She also holds a first class BSc (Hons) in pathology (1998), and after completing her specialist registrar clinical training was awarded a research fellowship by Leukemia and Lymphoma Research, now Blood Cancer UK, to undertake a PhD in the field of HTLV-1 driven T-cell lymphomas (Imperial College London, 2014). Since then she has been employed as a NHS Consultant at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust in field of lymphoma, and manages patients with all lymphoma and CLL subtypes. She also has a specific clinical and research interest in HTLV-1 driven lymphomas, and co-developed a national clinical service in this field.
