Consultant Rhinologist & Anterior Skull Base Surgeon   I am a Consultant ENT Surgeon with subspecialist expertise in rhinology and anterior skull base surgery. I completed advanced fellowship training in complex sinus and skull base surgery and have developed a practice focused on precision endoscopic techniques and multidisciplinary care.   I am a Consultant at the Royal United Hospitals Bath NHS Foundation Trust, where I deliver advanced rhinology services, and work as part of the regional anterior skull base team at North Bristol NHS Trust. My clinical practice includes complex and revision endoscopic sinus surgery, advanced frontal sinus procedures, cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) leak repair, and the management of benign and malignant sinonasal and anterior skull base tumours.   I have particular expertise in:   Advanced endoscopic sinus surgery, including complex and revision cases Frontal sinus and extended endoscopic approaches Sinonasal and anterior skull base tumours Multidisciplinary skull base surgery in collaboration with neurosurgery Chronic rhinitis and minimally invasive in-clinic treatments Comprehensive allergy assessment and diagnostic testing   I work within established skull base, pituitary and head & neck multidisciplinary teams, collaborating closely with neurosurgeons, ophthalmologists and maxillofacial surgeons to provide coordinated, specialist care for complex conditions.   Approach to Care   I believe that high-level surgical expertise should always be accompanied by clear communication, careful assessment and individualised decision-making.
