Clinical interests: Dr Hayes is a Consultant Physician in Rehabilitation Medicine at the Wolfson Rehabilitation Centre, St George’s Hospital. His practice areas include neurorehabilitation for acquired brain injury, spinal cord injury, peripheral neurology and spasticity. He has a special interest in hemiplegic shoulder pain and in complex rehabilitation with comorbid presentations – acquired brain injury with limb loss/spinal injury. He completed his postgraduate training in Norfolk, Cambridge and London, obtaining membership of the Royal College of Physicians in 2017, European board of PRM certification in 2021 and completion of Rehabilitation Medicine training in 2022.
