Gynaecology Clinics:   I have a broad experience in gynaecological consultations for wide range of complaints.   I receive referrals from my consultant colleagues for patients requiring laparoscopic surgery and patients with recurrent utero-vaginal or vaginal vault prolapse for specialised surgery .          Gynaecology Theatre: In my gynaecology theatre in addition to general gynaecology operations, I operate on grade 1 uterine cancer, pelvic masses and difficult laparotomies due to previous surgeries or endometriosis.  I provide support and help for my consultant colleagues in their theatres when requested.

Laparoscopic surgery:   I have gained a broad experience in operative laparoscopic surgery. I perform regularly laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy, salpingo-oophorectomy and salpingectomy. I also perform laparoscopic myomectomy ,laparoscopic assisted vaginal hysterectomy, subtotal and total laparoscopic hysterectomies. I teach and train medical staff in several hands on training courses here in UK and abroad.         Pelvic Floor Surgery:   Over the years I have gained extensive experience in pelvic floor repairs with or without vaginal hysterectomies. I have developed special skills in treating recurrent vaginal prolapse and vaginal vault prolapse by confidently performing Vaginal Sacrospinous Fixation operation (More than 200 cases in the last 10 years). Colposcopy:   I started my training in Colposcopy in 1994 and became fully accredited by the British Society for Colposcopy and Cervical Pathology (BSCCP) in 1997. I am an approved trainer by the BSCCP. I conduct one Colposcopy clinic every  week. I am interested in the management of glandular abnormalities in cervical smears.
