Mr Dehne completed his medical degree in 2000 followed by his Master of Surgery degree in Trauma and Orthopaedics. He moved to the UK in 2004 and has since worked in NHS Trusts in the West Midlands, Wales, the Northwest, Bath and Cotswolds. He became a Fellow of the European Board of Orthopaedic Surgery and Traumatology in 2014 and a Fellow in Trauma and Orthopaedics of the Royal College of Surgeons ( FRCS Orth) in 2015.
Outside of his clinical work, Mr Dehne is actively involved in research surrounding recovery programmes for patients following hip and knee replacement surgery. This research aims to provide smoother recoveries. Mr Dehne has also published several papers in high impact orthopaedic journals and has presented his work at both international and national conferences.
