I am a highly experienced Consultant Gynaecologist with more than 17 years of experience practising in the UK, dedicated to providing exceptional, compassionate care for women at every stage of life. My specialist expertise includes advanced keyhole (laparoscopic) surgery, fertility and IVF treatment, endometriosis management, and prolapse management, combining cutting-edge medical care with a deeply personal approach. My advanced surgical expertise includes laparoscopic and hysteroscopic surgery, endometriosis excision surgery, hysterectomy, fibroid removal (myomectomy), ovarian and tubal surgery, vaginal prolapse repair, and fertility-focused procedures. I have performed hundreds of laparoscopic endometriosis surgeries and over 1,000 hysteroscopic procedures, delivering excellent outcomes across both NHS and private practice. As part of the renowned Stockport Endometriosis Centre Team, I provide specialist multidisciplinary care for women living with severe endometriosis, helping many patients regain their quality of life after years of pain and uncertainty. Originally from Egypt, I graduated from Cairo University in 2002 before training at El Galaa Teaching Hospital, one of Egypt's leading maternity and gynaecology centres. Since moving to the UK in 2009, I have achieved Membership (MRCOG) and later Fellowship (FRCOG) of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists — one of the highest professional honours recognising excellence and contribution to women’s healthcare. I currently serve as Fertility Lead within my NHS Trust while also offering private fertility and IVF treatments. Alongside my clinical work, I am passionate about innovation and education, training future doctors and contributing to the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists as an examiner. I will soon be introducing robotic-assisted gynaecological surgery into my practice, offering patients access to the latest advancements in minimally invasive care.
