GMC reg: 6077126Mr Harry Powell was appointed as a Consultant at Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust in 2016. He treats adults and children with all Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) conditions and has a subspecialist interest in managing patients with ear and hearing problems. He is a hearing implant specialist offering a full range of auditory implants for patients who cannot wear conventional hearing aids. Mr Powell did his ENT specialist training at several London teaching hospitals, including The Royal National Throat, Nose and Ear, Great Ormond Street and The Royal Marsden, gaining a breadth of experience treating children and adults with all ENT conditions. He was awarded the Graham Fraser Memorial Fellowship and two Royal College of Surgeons grants for advanced surgical training in ear surgery and auditory implantation in Sydney, Australia where he developed an interest in endoscopic ear surgery.
