Dr Harjinder Singh

I am a consultant in Sport and Exercise Medicine. I have vast experience of elite athlete care at both national and international level. I currently work as club doctor at Leicester Tigers, chief medical officer of Leicestershire County Cricket Club and also medical officer at Leicester City Football Club and the ECB. I also work for FA Wales and am medical advisor to the Professional Game Match Officials (PGMOL). I also work closely with an elite level heavyweight boxer. I provide second opinions in challenging cases in professional sport. I have previously worked with the FA, Wasps rugby, Nottingham Forest and Wolverhampton Wanderers. I work in the National Health Service and privately where my areas of interest are optimising non-operative management and also regenerative medicine. From an educational perspective, I teach and also lead courses on FA accredited pitch side courses on advanced trauma and medical management. I am a tutor at the AECC University College Bournemouth, teaching musculoskeletal ultrasound.
